The birth and the development in Milan Marittima go up again a first years of the Nine hundred, when Cervia was a small city of 9.000 inhabitants and still founded him on a behind economy, tied up in wide measure to the production of the salt, to the agriculture and the fishing and his/her population it was to a large extent illiterate.
